Rates of course depend on the size, complexity, final usage, time constraints,and expectations of a project. But here is a list of average prices for assignments I have done in the past:

Storyboards 6x4......color( 45$ per frame).......b&w( 25$ per frame)

Comps10x14............color( 200$ )......................b&w( 100$ )

Illustration 11x17...............400$

Design work.......................30$/hour
